Digital Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Senior Nursing Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Co-ordinate the workforce and patient admissions and discharges on a shift ward, ensuring the safety of patients throughout this process.
- Manage Datix incidents, appraisals, absences, and audits, working closely with the Ward Manager and other members of the Senior Nursing Team.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice, contributing to service developments and improving patient safety and standards of care.
- Provide expert nursing skills, acting as a role model and advisor to colleagues, and supporting the development of leadership and management skills within the team.
