- Prepare and follow up on credit control and prepayments.
- Coordinate export and import declarations, documents, and customs clearance.
- Book and handle shipments, including courier and air freight.
- Invoice orders and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience in order processing, shipping, or logistics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Oracle or SAP ERP.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
