Job Title: Business Development Manager

At Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Foodservice and Wholesale channels
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Respond promptly to new business enquiries to grow overall sales turnover
  • Proactively identify and target new customers
  • Manage customer orders, ensuring exceptional OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) rates
  • Closely monitor order progress and manage customer expectations
  • Understand customer enquiries and convert them into full specification and accurate quotations
  • Participate in business and sales meetings, offering positive contributions and communicating progress against sales pipelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
  • Visit potential customers, prepare presentations if required
  • Work with Senior Managers to input into company marketing strategy
  • Arrange samples to be sent out to customers
  • Sales monitoring of retailer's online systems
