Job Description:
As a Nursing Care Coordinator at BeBee Professionals in Southport, your primary responsibility will be to provide patient-centered care, administer treatments, and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patient health, administering medications and treatments as required.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board, previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
