About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Oxford Ladygrove Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Conduct observations, assessments, and planning for children to ensure their individual needs are met.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of care.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
