Assistant Manager for Early Childhood Education

Early Years Alliance is a well-regarded organization committed to fostering community connections. Our nursery accommodates 24 children and is currently serving 30 young learners. We take pride in our Good rating from Ofsted and Day Nurseries.

Role Overview:
As the Assistant Manager for Early Childhood Education, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the nursery management team to inspire and lead staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Serving as a role model for the staff, demonstrating responsive interactions and enhancing children's learning experiences
- Ensuring that quality and safety standards are upheld consistently
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare or equivalent
- Post-qualification experience in early education and childcare or a similar setting
- Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear and accurate reports and correspondence for various purposes
- The ability to motivate others to achieve results, maintain high standards, and set clear objectives for both yourself and the team
Additionally, an enhanced DBS check will be required if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
