Role Overview:

As the Assistant Manager for Early Childhood Education, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the nursery management team to inspire and lead staff in delivering high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Serving as a role model for the staff, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions while enhancing children's learning experiences
  • Ensuring that quality and safety standards are consistently upheld

Qualifications:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare or an equivalent credential
  • Post-qualification experience in early education and childcare or a similar setting
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate reports and correspondence for various purposes, including supervisions, business plans, and safeguarding
  • The ability to motivate individuals to achieve results, maintain high standards, and set clear objectives for both yourself and the team

Additionally, you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
