Role Description
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House Specialist. As a key member of our café team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve customers promptly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all food products are available according to their intended presentation.
- Implement effective cleaning and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean environment.
- Manage deliveries and store food safely to prevent spoilage.
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth café operations.
