Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control specialists to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
