Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Designer to join our team at Costello Medical, where you will work on a wide range of digital creative projects for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing digital materials, including websites and web applications, interactive content, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborating with creative colleagues and project managers to determine design scope, purpose, and strategic approach.
  • Ensuring high-quality project delivery, meeting deadlines, and maintaining excellent communication with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aesthetics, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. You will also need to have technical knowledge of email/web/application development and experience with UI/UX design for a wide range of digital channels.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience within an agency or commercial setting.
  • Technical knowledge of email/web/application development, including practical experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with UI/UX design for a wide range of digital channels.
  • Good working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

As a Digital Designer at Costello Medical, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and previous experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a discretionary profit share bonus, flexible working hours, and comprehensive travel insurance.
