The Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Exeter store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Create a positive and engaging customer experience through genuine interactions and a deep understanding of our products.

  • Commercial

    • Support the execution of all launches, promotions, and campaigns in store.
  • Operations
    • Ensure a high standard of visual merchandising and presentation in store.
    • Maintain a secure and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
    • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations, seeking better practices and feeding back to store managers.
  • People
    • Actively participate in the team, helping others and building positive relationships.
