Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specification Sales Representative to join our team at Centre People Appointments. As a Senior Specification Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and pursuing leads of large projects through architects, designers, and general contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and pursue leads of large projects through architects, designers, and general contractors.
  • Learn customer specifications and needs to recommend company products within specifications.
  • Demonstrate company products to showcase special features and quality enhancements.
  • Increase brand awareness and sales volume through effective education and training of wholesale distributor personnel, dealer showroom attendants, architects, designers, engineers, and facility maintenance personnel.
  • Prepare and issue quotes on projects based on the prices policy developed within the company and group.
  • Maintain daily contact with architects, designers, general contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of international B2B business development/project management experience in luxury interior products, working with designers.
  • Business level of English.
  • Team spirit and cooperation, adaptability.
  • Proactivity and resilience.

What We Offer:

Up to £65k base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus.
