As a Night Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of excellent standards of care, promoting rehabilitation, and independence where possible, and respecting the dignity and autonomy of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team to ensure the delivery of exceptional standards of care
  • Prescribe, deliver, and supervise the execution of care plans in accordance with Beaumont Care Homes Ltd policies and procedures
  • Assess and develop the service to enhance the quality of life for our residents
  • Participate in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Experience of delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
  • People Management experience
  • Numerate and literate with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
