Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SetSales. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing our finances, providing strategic guidance, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement annual budgets to ensure effective financial planning and management.
    • Provide weekly updates on cash flow to ensure timely decision-making.
    • Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates to provide comprehensive financial insights.
  • Financial Leadership
    • Evaluate and implement cost optimization programs to improve financial efficiency.
    • Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health.
    • Lead the Working Capital responsibilities to ensure smooth financial operations.
    • Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Offer support to sales and operations teams to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements

  • Accounting Background
    • Minimum of two years of experience from a Big Four firm or equivalent.
  • Financial Leadership Experience
    • Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business.
  • UK Working Permit
    • Must have a valid UK working permit.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Media and Conferences industry background preferred but not mandatory.
