We are seeking a newly qualified patent attorney to join our rapidly developing mechanical and electrical engineering practice in Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with significant experience drafting patent applications relating to mechanical technologies.

You will have the ideal mix of skills and qualifications to thrive in our dynamic team, which advises start-ups, SMEs, and multinationals in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, marine, transport & logistics, household appliances, computer hardware, consumer goods, and packaging.

EIP offers a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a bonus scheme, private medical health care, free eye tests, employee assistance programme, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, electric vehicle scheme, enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave, holiday loyalty, and volunteering leave.

About the Role

As a newly qualified patent attorney, you will be responsible for drafting patent applications, working with clients from day one, and contributing to the growth of our practice.   • Significant experience drafting patent applications relating to mechanical technologies
