About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ANP/ACP) to join our team at Southover Medical Practice, working 16 hours per week. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.
- Maintain and monitor standards of care, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
What We Offer
- Annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, plus in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
