Quantum Computing Metasurface Design Intern

Quantinuum is at the forefront of the quantum computing revolution, and we're seeking a talented PhD researcher to join our team as a Metasurface Design Intern. As a key member of our photonics and optics team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with world-class scientists and engineers to develop innovative photonic devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and model resonant metasurface devices, photonic waveguides, and grating couplers using advanced computational tools
- Collaborate with our photonics and optics teams to develop novel and impactful photonic devices
- Build and validate computational models for arrays of resonant photonic nanostructures
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program
- Graduating after December 2024
- Due to contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
