Key Tasks:
  • Billing and collating information for factoring debts
  • Liaising with residents to ensure accessibility and meet customer expectations
  • Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Working knowledge of delivering high quality factoring services or similar
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
