FLEXISTAFF SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a skilled Hygiene Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the factory meets GMP standards and is audit ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train operatives on hygiene tasks against CICs and ensure sign off documentation is carried out against the correct version and training progression sheets
  • Promote health and safety by implementing COSHH and PPE usage procedures
  • Plan the factory close down cleaning window with the Production Manager, Health, Safety and Facilities Manager & Engineering manager to ensure a smooth operation of time critical procedure to all the correct hygiene standards
Requirements
  • Good understanding & able to demonstrate people supervision skill
  • Clear grasp of process management and a methodical approach
  • Good knowledge of automated equipment & ability to think quickly
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £36,000 per annum, inclusive of 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, after 6 months you will be enrolled in pension scheme and private health care scheme.
