Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a well-organized kitchen environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, prioritizing the well-being of our customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating your commitment to kitchen safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcasing your culinary expertise and flair.
