Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our crisis teams in providing responsive and flexible services to patients and their carers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of crisis health and social care resources, ensuring effective collaboration with inpatient and community mental health services, partner agencies, and the third sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Borough crisis teams, including the Greenwich Home Treatment Team, Psychiatric Liaison Team, and Mental Health Assessment Area in ED
  • Ensuring effective human resource, performance, and budgetary management of the team
  • Coordinating and developing clinical practice and culture, in conjunction with team managers
  • Providing effective line management support to crisis team managers
  • Leading on embedding Trust priorities and values, including Building A Fairer Oxleas (BAFO) and Building Fairer Oxleas Services (BAFOS)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, crisis management, and team leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
