About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at iO Associates in Woking. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for refining production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and performance.

About You:

  • You should have a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in vehicle assembly and body assembly processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in CATIA and 3D software would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and control key deliverables for existing series models, including process sequencing, documentation, and product traceability.
  • Generate and maintain Hours Per Car (HPC) data to ensure plant efficiency and output targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement using tools like 8D, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Support tooling solutions for Body in White processes with Future Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
