Job Description

To lead by example, providing guidance, support and motivation to Community Hosts, alongside welcoming Hirers into the schools' facilities ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to be able to enjoy their visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world-class experience for our community hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • SUPPORT the Regional Operations Manager with onsite training of New Starters.
  • Lead a team to complete training modules, aiding the understanding and knowledge of the role, such as Manual handling, Safeguarding and fire safety.
  • Drive the consistency and standards of Health and Safety checks due diligence throughout the shift to ensure the high standards of the school, ground and environment are maintained.
  • Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure that the school's premises are always left as found.
  • Unlock & lock the school whilst ensuring the security & safety of the site.
  • Manage shifts and rotas in the short and long term.
  • Be able to behave positively within a team when shifts need to be covered at short notice.
  • Conduct unannounced audits at varying sites.
  • To have the ability to travel between different sites and cover shifts where needed.

  • Organised – the ability to provide support and guidance at a multi-site level.

  • Passionate about making a difference within the community.
  • A great communicator with all staff within Vivify, the School stakeholders and Community Hirers.
  • Flexible – to be able to adapt to amended bookings along with covering absence.
  • Always leading by example.
Benefits

$30,000 - $40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) salary. In addition to your base salary, you will also benefit from regular training and development opportunities, which will enable you to grow and develop your skills within the company.
