Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Management Professional to join our team as a Partnerships Event Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in corporate hospitality and events management to deliver and execute events and hospitality for the UK Lines of Business (LoB).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing event invitations, delegate bookings, and supporting the implementation of Eventogy, our invitation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build event invitations and communication plans for all projects
  • Manage delegate bookings and respond to clients and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly
  • Support the continued development of Eventogy, including building templates and user guides
  • Oversee coordinators who manage ticket allocations for events
  • Be onsite at events to manage the registration process and oversee the team
  • Manage personal projects, including client receptions, family days, and ticketed events, with budgets, invitations, stakeholder management, and supplier oversight

Requirements:

  • Experience in corporate hospitality and events management
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask across multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A understanding of financial services is beneficial
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment:

The role is based in London - Hybrid, which offers a great balance between working from home and collaborating with colleagues in our office.

Salary: Up to £175.00 per day (PAYE)
