Job Title: Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatric Surgery and Urology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow to join our team in Paediatric Surgery and Urology. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, contributing to the development of our surgical services, and supporting the training and education of junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert surgical care to children and neonates, including general surgery, oncological, and gastrointestinal surgery, and urology.
  • Contribute to the development of our surgical services, including the design and implementation of new procedures and protocols.
  • Support the training and education of junior staff, including medical students, junior doctors, and nurses.
  • Participate in on-call rota and provide emergency surgical care as required.
Requirements:
  • FRCS/MRCS qualification or equivalent.
  • APLS/ATLS certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in paediatric and neonatal surgery, including general surgery, oncological, and gastrointestinal surgery, and urology.
  • Previous research experience and a strong publication record.
