At Center Parcs, we're passionate about preserving the natural beauty of our forest landscapes. As a Conservation Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the biodiversity of our parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the health and diversity of our forest ecosystems
- Supervise and coordinate the work of our Grounds Services team
- Develop and implement conservation plans to protect and enhance wildlife habitats
- Collaborate with our Senior Forest Rangers to achieve conservation goals
- Ensure compliance with Company and legislative requirements
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the conservation of our natural resources.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in conservation management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of forest ecology and wildlife management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £12.63 per hour
