As a midwife, you will be responsible for providing safe, clinically effective, and woman-centred care to women, babies, and families across the entire pathway of midwifery care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, develop others, and offer midwifery advice, support, and management services.
- Work flexibly across the service within differing models of maternity care, including continuity of carer.
- Provide midwifery leadership and be accountable for the women, babies, public, and staff experience.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams within the clinical environment to deliver care to women and babies with complex needs.
