Lead a Luxury Nursing Home in Gateshead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our luxury nursing home in Gateshead. As our Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home and provide leadership and direction to the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
  • Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, promoting a culture of dignity and independence.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring that all aspects of care and support are delivered to the highest standards.
