We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through the care and support you provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage social interaction and community involvement through activities and outings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and friends to promote a safe and healthy living environment.

Requirements:

  • Kind and compassionate nature, with a patient and friendly approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekend shifts and 24-hour block shifts.
  • Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.
