We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage independence and promote a safe, healthy, and secure living environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£13.00, dependent on experience and position.
  • A range of shift patterns, including 8, 12, and 24-hour block-pay, to suit your lifestyle.
  • The opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A driver's license is required, as you will need to use service users' mobility vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
