SEN Educational Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves. This rewarding role involves providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be based in Barking, enjoying excellent transport connections and access to a range of amenities. A salary of GBP450-GBP500 per week, commensurate with experience, is offered for this challenging yet fulfilling role.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Support students with SEN, adapting teaching methods to meet their diverse needs.
- Develop and deliver engaging learning materials, ensuring each student receives personalized attention.
- Prioritize effective communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have a First-Class Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from a reputable UK university. Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
