We are seeking a seasoned Senior Social Worker to take on the role of Team Manager within our Children's Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and developing a team of 7 social workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver outstanding services to vulnerable children and families.
About the Role:- Manage a diverse team of social workers, providing regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of our organisation's strategic plan, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive positive outcomes.
- Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging staff to share best practices and innovate solutions that improve services.
- An attractive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a Kindle Fire and Amazon voucher upon contract commencement.
