**Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate clients' substance misuse, mental health, social needs, and risks.
  • Develop tailored treatment and recovery plans based on clients' needs, goals, and circumstances.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
