Training Foreperson

We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Foreperson to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a background in Joinery and hold relevant tickets associated with supervision and communication skills.
The role will involve working on a large-scale office fit out project in Derry/Londonderry, requiring effective communication with site teams and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to ensure the project is completed within the timeframe and to the best possible standards.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and package from our client, a renowned name within the construction industry. This role will require no UK travel, with the initial project being in Derry/Londonderry.
We are working with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, who acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant experience in a similar role within a fit out setting and fit out projects. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and have a strong eye for detail.
