Training Foreperson

Due to a large scale fit out project recently awarded, they are seeking an experienced Foreperson to join their team on a permanent basis to help progress the project to hand over and ensure the multiple stages of the program are delivered.
Your new role This is a role that comes with an immediate start.
You will also ensure health and safety is maintained and quality is upheld as you deliver the project.
The initial scheme will be a large-scale office fit out based in Derry, Londonderry and you will need to be able to effectively communicate with site teams and management as well as any different requirements presented to you.
The size of this project will potentially require you to lend your own trade skills throughout different phases of the works.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within a fit out setting and fit out projects.
It is preferred that you will have a background in Joinery and hold the relevant tickets associated with supervision / communication skills to be able to communicate with both client and colleague throughout the project for the different requirements and general day-to-day situations that may will need to be immediately available and have a strong eye to detail to ensure the project is being completed within time frame but also to the best possible standards set out.
