At Marriott International, we're committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our culinary team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-wash station, and rubbish compactor
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, knives, and equipment
  • Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock
  • Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments

  • Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality
  • Great listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • No experience? No problem - bring personality and dedication and we will provide the training
