Senior Digital Service Desk Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Goldbelt, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our digital systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1, 2, and 3 technical support for our digital systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure system uptime and availability
- Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical support and maintenance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification or higher
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
