About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at a busy GP Practice in Wales. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize patient enquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Operate the Vision clinical system to ensure accurate and efficient patient data management
- Handle prescriptions, patient registrations, and other administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with the reception team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with clinical systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
