About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Receptionist to join our busy GP Practice in Wales. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize patient enquiries, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Operate the Vision clinical system and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle prescriptions, requests for visits, and practice mail
- Deal with patient registrations, private medical work, and confidential information
- Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure continuity of service
- Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, document management, and clinic administration
