About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Pont Newydd Medical Centre. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and queries
- Operate the Vision clinical system and Docman
- Handle prescriptions, requests for visits, and practice mail
- Deal with patient registrations, money handling, and form management
- Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure continuity of service
- Perform message handling, record maintenance, and chaperoning duties
- Receive and process samples, book emergency ambulances, and perform clinic administration tasks
- Supervise waiting rooms and prepare consulting rooms
