We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Pont Newydd Medical Centre. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and queries
  • Operate the Vision clinical system and Docman
  • Handle prescriptions, requests for visits, and practice mail
  • Deal with patient registrations, money handling, and form management
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to ensure continuity of service
  • Perform message handling, record maintenance, and chaperoning duties
  • Receive and process samples, book emergency ambulances, and perform clinic administration tasks
  • Supervise waiting rooms and prepare consulting rooms
