Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at TN Recruits. As a key player in our continued success and growth strategy, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with internal and external customers across the Italian and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and promote and sell products to clients.
  • Increasing Turnover and Profitability: Act as lead account manager to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • New Product Development: Introduce and explain new product offerings to clients, and use influence to drive sales.
  • Client Relationship Building: Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop tailored solutions that increase sales and client satisfaction.
  • Analysis & Technical Queries: Review performance data, manage technical queries, and ensure clients are fully informed on product benefits.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Bring fresh ideas and challenge existing processes to enhance sales strategies and drive results.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (native or professional level).
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Adept project and account management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A driven and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge processes and find new ways to deliver success.
  • Exceptional and adaptable communicator, comfortable conversing with Italian clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and understand technical information.
  • Willingness to travel to offices in the Midlands and Essex once a month and occasional trips abroad.
