About This Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the production operations in a Plant and drive key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a manufacturing strategy and ensure its effectiveness in achieving business objectives.
  • Manage change and transformation amongst operating teams to progress into self-sufficient teams.
  • Support the development of annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
  • Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturing standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead talent development and engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
Requirements
  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
