About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, specializing in Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) support. As a key member of our extended leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.

  • Provide high-quality interpersonal support to students across all ages, fostering positive relationships and promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents, demonstrating a passion for helping young people thrive.
  • Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage students, even in challenging situations.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality learning interventions and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive school improvement and enhance the overall educational experience for our students.

Requirements
