About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand management and marketing execution
  • Manage and analyze market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and suppliers
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and branding
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
