About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients who require complex care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with clinical interventions, such as PEG feeds, suctioning, and oxygen therapy
  • Administer medication and provide personal care
  • Support clients with mobility and daily living activities
  • Engage clients in activities and days out, promoting social interaction and well-being
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care, preferably with complex care clients
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Minimum commitment of 2 x 12 hour shifts per week
  • Right to work in the UK
