Teaching Assistant

Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a valued member of the educational community in Macclesfield, you will work closely with local primary schools to provide support to children with SEN & SEND needs.
About the Role
As a key member of the teaching staff, you will be responsible for supporting children with SEN & SEND requirements, working collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. Your duties will include:
- Supporting children with SEN & SEND needs in a primary school setting
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes no umbrella pay schemes, timesheets managed through an online portal, and access to over 150 online training courses through our CPD Library.
