The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled New Homes Advisor to join a reputable and award-winning team in North Oxford. As a New Homes Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with the internal creative agency, developers, and fellow property businesses to deliver a unique service from start to finish.

Day-to-day, this role will involve managing the process from onboarding to working with creative teams on marketing briefs, sourcing buyers, and hosting viewings. You will also be responsible for VIP launch events, keeping track of databases and internal systems, and assisting with contractual paperwork.

The successful candidate will be innovative, driven to build the client base, and provide an outstanding level of customer service in line with brand guidelines. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver a great overall experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates within the property market who are passionate about working directly with clients to build a long-term career within a successful team.

Requirements
  1. Full UK driving licence
  2. Experience in property/estate agency, with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering an ever-improving end-product/service
  3. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  4. A strong communicator with the confidence to engage directly with B2B clients and collaborate closely with the creative agency
  5. A desire to continue learning and developing to build a long-term career within the company
