About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Delivery Manager to join our team at Mainstay Facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing planned and reactive maintenance teams within a Hard FM environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Project manage small projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Conduct assurance checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage assets and resources to optimize maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervising or managing planned and reactive maintenance teams within a Hard FM environment
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to manage projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance
