About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled System Control Centre Delivery Manager to join our team at NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our integrated care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of the System Control Centre, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across our partner organisations.
  • Monitor and manage the SHREWD system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services.
  • Chair regular system calls, facilitating collaboration and decision-making among our stakeholders.
  • Liaise with our partners and escalate risks to duty managers or the ICB Tactical on Call as necessary.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience to Masters level within health and social care.
  • Operational experience within the NHS or social care at a senior level.
  • Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and commissioners.
  • Understanding of the public sector and its complexities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organisational and administrative boundaries.
  • Experience of managing risk and implementing changes to improve services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present complex information.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Awareness of equality and valuing diversity principles, with a commitment to promoting inclusivity and respect.
