About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Laboratory Technician | Automation Specialist to join our XRF team based in Stafford on Brisbane's northside.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with laboratory workflows.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and maintain high standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in science and robotics, preferably with a Science or Trade qualification.
  • Availability to work a 12-hour, Day / Night rotating shift pattern.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
